Client portal users are free. All Google Workspace integrations are included in both plans. The AI assistant is named Counsel; it only proposes and a person accepts. Deadline dates are calculated by rules, not guessed by the AI. TaskWrangler does not hold a SOC 2 report of its own, has no client-facing AI, and the web app is online-only.
